Store Policies

   All items come with a 6 month manufacture warranty . You may return an item up to 30 days from ship date on non warranty returns.

   All returns must be accompanied by an RGA (returned goods authorization number) call or email us for an RGA number.

  All returns without RGA number written clearly on outside of box will be refused.

2.Motorchrome.com has a "you mount it, you own it" policy except for warrantee/exchange.

 3.All returns must be shipped prepaid freight -No COD's accepted. Motorchrome.com will not return shipping cost that are already paid to carrier services

4.All warrantee/exchange items must be shipped back prepaid freight and freight will be prepaid by Motorchrome.com for return shipment to the customer.

   All warrantees are subject to Motorchrome.com's discretion on a repair or replacement basis.

5.All returns not on a warrantee/exchange basis will be subject to a 15% handling/processing fee. This fee only applies to an unwanted purchase. If you have ordered incorrectly by mistake and are exchanging items this fee will be waved

6.All returns must be credited back to the original credit card or paypal account used for transaction.

7. Positive feed back will be left after payment confirmation and a tracking number will be sent with all UPS shipments. Motochrome.com reserves the right to ship your item to you thru the carrier of our choosing ether USPS or UPS currently

Motorchrome.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone attempting fraudulent transactions or by our discretion has left false feedback on our Ebay account. Motorchrome.com does not leave negative feedback .If you do not pay for your auction or item we will file for a Final Value Fee Credit thru Ebay as it is our only recourse to recover our costs from Ebay. They in turn will put a strike on the offenders record. We do not agree with Ebay policies regarding this but these are their rules unfortunately (we urge Ebay customers to only bid on items they truly want to purchase) This does not apply to our website www.motorchrome.com

8.Shipments can only be made to the billing address of cardholder, and no shipments can be made to PO Boxes unless prior arrangement has been made.

Returned goods damaged by carrier on return shipments will be solely the responsibility of carrier and customer. In the event that you need to return an item package it carefully and enclose a copy of your invoice and put the RGA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

9.Internatinal customers who bid on an item without a prior quote on shipping and then refuse to pay the additional shipping costs for International will be subject to a 15% processing fee to cover Ebay Listing and Final Value Fee costs as well as any payment transaction costs. (We STRONGLY recommend to International customers that they be sure to email us for shipping costs before bidding so there are no surprises).

10.If you require expedited shipping make prior arrangements with us. Motorchrome.com does not take responsibility for any time frame issues regarding expedited shipping (if your item does not show up when the carrier says it should please inform the shipping provider).
