Part #(MCC1039) Installation tips: This Air Cleaner Nut fits over the top of your existing stud or the stud provided in one of our air cleaners .After installation it may be necessary to cut the stud to a shorter length to tighten all the way down Material Chrome steel , triple plated Copper / Nickel / Chrome Stud This Air Cleaner Nut DOES NOT come with carburetor stud. If you are purchasing an air cleaner from us it will have a stud in it Thickness This air cleaner spinner nut is approximately 3/4" thick. Diameter This air cleaner nut is approximately 2 1/4" in diameter. Inside Thread The inside thread is 1/4 x 20 (fits all supplied MotorChrome air cleaner studs). Mounting This should replace a wing nut directly though it is possible your air cleaner stud will need to be cut slightly to install. Application For any air cleaner that uses a 1/4 x 20 stud and has room for its diameter. Fits all MotorChrome air cleaners Restrictions  Will not work on a 5/16 air cleaner stud used in some aftermarket carburetors without an adapter.
