Thickness:  These valve covers are stamped from approximately .042 thick steel.

Application : Oldsmobile muscle car engines 330 / 350 / 455

Valve Covers : This set is stock height. (approximately 2 3/4 inches)  WILL NOT clear aftermarket roller rockers . Each valve cover has one hole in it for accessories.

Baffled : YES, these valve covers come with steel baffles in each

Gaskets : NO, these do not come with gaskets, Any Quality gasket made for the Oldsmobile  will work on these valve covers

Valve Cover Accessories : Hold downs, breathers, PCV valves etc. DO NOT come with the valve covers but can be located on the left side links on this page and purchased separately . Each valve cover has 10 mounting holes so you will need 20 bolts or spreaders etc. when ordering for this set.

Installation tips : When tightening your valve cover start on the low side and tighten in a cross pattern to the correct torque spec . Do not over tighten the valve covers when installing them!

Restrictions: Some later model Oldsmobile engines have 5 bolt holes per valve covers these valve covers WILL NOT work on 5 bolt original heads (check your original valve covers or engine to verify that you have 10 holes per valve cover)
