Installation tips: Be sure to install the stud into your carburetor and check your hood clearance to the stud before closing the hood to avoid damaging your hood. If necessary cut the stud to the correct height and reinstall.

MCC296 chrome air cleaner comes with a flat base (with a plugged 1/2 " hose connection in the base). It has a total height of 2 3/4" from the carb flange (not including wing nut). It will fit Holley, Demon , Edelbrock & Quadrejet carburetors. |
