MCC566 Lower bracket is stamped from approximately .190 thick steel.

Mounting
|
MCC566 lower bracket mounts to the first 2 header bolts on the drivers side and is used in conjunction with MCC567. Cannot be run on engines with stock exhaust

Water Pump
|
MCC566 bracket is for Small Block Chevrolet engines with short water pump and will mount the alternator on the drivers side of the engine just as the factory brackets do.

Application
|
For 1957 thru 1969 327 350 383 400 with a short water pump and the alternator mounted on the drivers side.

Restrictions
|
Cannot be run on long water pumps or engines running stock exhaust manifolds
