Set : This COMES WITH both the upper and lower brackets

Thickness: Upper bracket is stamped from approximately .100 thick steel. The lower is made from approximately .230 thick steel

Mounting : The upper bracket mounts to the passenger side of water neck and the mounting ear on the water pump

Length of mounting arm to Intake Manifold: Approximately 7" (slotted)

Waterpump : This bracket is for small block Chevrolet engines with long water pump and will mount the alternator on the passenger side of the engine just as the factory brackets do.

Application : For 1969 thru 1975 307-327 - 350 - 383 - 400 or any small block Chevy running a long water pump and 1969-1975 style intake manifold or aftermarket with factory mounting holes and accessories hole heads.

Restrictions : Cannot be run with race style intake such as Edelbrock victor Jr (use MCC575581) and cannot be used with "fuelie" or non accessories hole heads

Installation : This bracket installs just as your factory bracket mounts. Due to minor variations in factory/aftermarket tolerances on intakes and water pumps mounting holes it is recommended that you install all bolts loosely and then tighten bracket in place evenly.
