Adhered with thermal adhesive then baked @ 260 degrees Air Cleaner Comes with recessed base, filter, chrome top  and a stud and standard wing nut taped inside Neck Size  5 1/8" most four barrels, two barrel adapters are available in the air cleaner accessories category Stud and wing nut A new stud and standard wing nut will be taped to the inside of your air cleaner when you receive it.  in Our  Base This air cleaner comes with a recessed base. It has a total height of 3" from the carb flange (not including wing nut). It will fit Holley, Demon & Quadrejet carburetors. If you are running an Edelbrock carburetor you will need to use MCC150c 1/2 riser to clear the fuel line and/or choke housing.
Air Cleaner Installation tips : Be sure to install the stud into your carburetor and check your hood clearance to the stud before closing the hood to avoid damaging your hood. If necessary cut the stud to the correct height and reinstall.

Height	This set is factory height (approximately 4 inches tall). Each valve cover has one hole in it for accessories. Be sure to check clearance to you brake booster to insure these will fit your vehicle you will need 4 1/2 inches from the cylinder head to the booster
Baffled	YES, these valve covers come with steel baffles
Gaskets	NO, these do not come with gaskets. Any Quality gasket made for your engine will work on these valve covers
Valve Cover Accessories	Valve Cover Accessories DO NOT come with the valve covers but can be located on the left side links on this page and purchased separately . Each valve cover has 5 mounting holes so you will need 10, bolts or spreaders etc. when ordering for this set NOTE: F E Ford engines use 5/16 valve cover bolts
Restrictions	Designed for hydraulic Lifter engines WILL NOT work on solid lifter engines without removing baffles
Valve Cover Installation tips : When tightening your valve covers make sure to tighten them evenly to the correct torque spec. Do not over tighten the valve covers when installing them!
