Neck Size : 5 1/8" most four barrels, two barrel adapters are available in the air cleaner accessories category

Emblems : approximately 1/8" thick and are red and chrome ,heat and fuel resistant .The are adhered with a thermal adhesive then baked @ 260 degrees to set the emblem in place and cannot be removed without damaging them

Stud and wing nut : A new stud and standard wing nut will be taped to the inside of your air cleaner when you receive it. If you would like a fancy wing nut for your air cleaner checkout MCC1048 , MCC1039 or MCC1059

Recessed Base
:
This air cleaner comes with a recessed base . It has a total height of 3" from the carb flange( not including wing nut). It will fit most Holley carburetors and was designed for Holley double pumper carbs . If you are running an Edelbrock carburetor you will need to use MCC150c 1/2 riser to cleaner the fuel line and/or choke housing.

Air Filter : Common 14 x 3 paper element, so when you need to replace the air filter you can find it locally or we also carry replacement filters when needed MCC303-3E, if you would like to add a K&N filter to your order it is MCC1650

Installation tips : Be sure to install the stud into your carburetor and check your hood clearance to the stud before closing the hood to avoid damaging your hood .If necessary cut the stud to the correct height and reinstall

Valve Covers : This set is stock height . Each valve cover has one hole in it for accessories.

Baffled : YES, these valve covers come with steel baffles in each

Gaskets : NO, these do not come with gaskets, Any Quality gasket made for your engine will work on these valve covers

Valve Cover Accessories : Hold downs, breathers, PCV valves etc. DO NOT come with the valve covers but can be located on the left side links on this page and purchased separately . Each valve cover has 10 mounting holes so you will need 20, bolts or spreaders etc. when ordering for this set

Installation tips : When tightening your valve cover start on the low side and tighten in a cross pattern to the correct torque spec . Do not over tighten the valve covers when installing them!
