Gasket : This cover does not come with the gasket any Quality gasket for your engine will work on this oil pan (this oil pan takes the thick front seal small block Chevy oil pan gaskets)
Thickness : This part is stamped from approximately .050 thick steel.
Restrictions : This pan will not fit 62-67 Chevy 2 or Nova. Chevelle's with steering behind cross member or Vega / Monza V-8 conversions
Installation tips : If you are installing a new oil pan and pick up tube on your oil pump be sure to measure the depth of the pickup tube in relation to your new oil pan for the proper clearance when installing
